Everything you need with the Festool TSC 55

The saw ships with one 55" rail — enough for crosscuts, not enough for full-length rips. To cut a full 4×8 sheet end-to-end you need two connected rails. Buy the second now. You'll need it the first time you're standing in front of a sheet of plywood.

Joins two rails into one continuous, self-aligning track. Slots into the T-channel on each rail and locks flush with no step or gap. Required if you're running two rails together.

Without clamps the rail can shift on your workpiece mid-cut. These lock into the T-slot on the underside of the rail and clamp down in one motion. You need at least two — one at each end, a third in the middle for long cuts.
